homemade birthday gifts
Whenever a birthday rolls around I try and think of a gift I could make for them, rather than buy. On Saturday it was my nieces birthday and she loves to draw and she wanted a "Diamond Party". None of really knew what that meant, but this is what I came up with. I thought it turned out pretty cute. The rinstones on the colored pencils was actually an idea I saw on Etsy. Got to love Etsy.

That is way cute. Nick's step mom made something similar to this for my kids on Christmas to hold their crayons. They thought it was the coolest thing ever!
